Great for beginners & intermediate athletes who wants to go for speed or simply challenge the distance. \nLong Course – 800 meter swim\, 24 mile bike\, 6 mile run\nThis distance is almost an Olympic with the exception of the swim. This distance is great for any athlete looking for the full challenge.
