Join the City of Harlingen and Consulado de Mexico in Brownsville at the Harlingen Municipal Auditorium for a FREE concert featuring Mariachi 7 Leguas and Gloria Canales Ballet Folklórico.
The cultural concert and civic ceremony are to commemorate the 208th anniversary of Mexico’s Independence Day.
Doors open at 4:30pm.
