TSTC will present how, with the assistance of Texas Workforce Commission, companies both small and large may be eligible for skills grants that would cover most training expenses.

The seminar will take place from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. inside the David E. Allex Boardroom at the Harlingen Chamber (311 E. Tyler Ave.).
